2021 Wirz Vineyard Riesling

Located in the Cienega Valley, the Wirz Vineyard is sits on the northeastern side of the Gabilan Mountains in eroded granite and limestone soils. These old, head-vines are dry farmed with organic practices and date back to 1962. Wow! The 2021 is tasting young and bright, bursting with fresh kiwi, quince, apricot, white flowers and wake-you-up salty minerality!
